I love to write. I tend to do short stories. Some straightforward, some quirky, some risquè.
I also love ancient history.
That'll do for now......

Lol, I know what you mean. I have written stuff that could well qualify for such a piece. But heck, I would never submit them.
I have won short story contests as a member of writing clubs, but I have never tried to do it 'for real'. In my dreams I'd write for a living, but for now......it's just my hobby!

Oh dear, that fatal question.
Well, my career is split in two right now.
I am a counsellor and I am employed by the local police force.
My New Year's Resolution is to move away from the police.
You? I think I read you help kids in school or something? Very noble.
Everybody should believe in something.

Yep, those career changing feeling should be listened to if they are strong. I moved away from a former career in sales and management to become a counsellor. Was the best thing I ever did. I love that role, but finding the right career is harder. Hence it isn't the full time role I would like.
As for the police, I like the job, but it's not where I want to go.
As a person in the helping/therapy business, as well as being a Mum, I know how worthy a job being a special needs teacher is. But I guess you need to follow where your heart feels you should go. I believe that. Do you know where you want to go?
Back to interests (trying to keep it on topic here! ), I am fascinated by the human psyche. What lies beneath and what meakes people who they are. Without sounding nerdy, I admire Jim for that. Where he's been and how he uses that to move on. But mostly, I admire how each one of us uses our experiences to mould ourselves and become the people we are now.
I'll shut up before I sound totally OTT.
Everybody should believe in something.
I believe I'll have another coffee!

Well let me think!
Movies is the my biggest intrest. And I like mostly all kind of movies. The mainpart of the movies I´m watching is fantasy and science fiction. But obviously I like Jim Carrey movies and other comedys. And after movies like "Magnolia", "Big Fish" and "Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind" I´m looking at movies with a little more depth. It is bouring to see movies about beautiful people hunting other beautiful people in fast cars for no reason. I´m tired of seeing movies with no intellect. And for a while I have begun to love movies with Bryce Dallas Howard. She i s such a talent beauty.
Reading books is another big interest and I´m reading a lot of fantasy. Just for the moment I´m reading "Eragon" written by Christopher Paolini. I have also read "Lord of the rings", "Harry Potter" and second book in the Narnia-series. And I have so far read 9 of the books by Lemony Snicket. Right now I´m waiting for "Slippery Slope" to be translated to Swedish.
I also listen a lot to music and the favourites are:
The Ark, David Bowie, Queen, Judas Priest, Mötley Crüe, Nightwish, Twisted Sister and many more...
Oh, I nearly forgot my little pet. I have a little Green Iguana. Nearly one year old. I really adore my little green friend. I can´t remeber a my life without my cute, little lizard.
I´m The Lizard King! I can do anything!!!
