Re: Lost...I am not sure if I am going to answer this question correctly because I am not exactly for sure what you want to know. But here is what I am thinking.

When a movie is made, sometimes they stray from the script. They may delete scenes that the script says is supposed to be there. Or sometimes they even add scenes that were not in the original script. It all happens during the making of the movie or in the editing room. A lot of scenes end up on the cutting room floor of the editing room, and that is where we get to see the outtakes of the movies on the DVDs.

Some DVDs even have deleted scenes on them. Outtakes and deleted scenes really determine whether I buy a certain movie or not. And that is why I LOVE DVDs. They add so much to the movie experience.

I hope that is what you were asking.

Love & Humor,
Marissa
My Jim Site: Jim Carrey Is My Inspiration!

"If you give up on your dreams, what's left?" - Jim Carrey

Sleep-guide.com

Re: Lost...The Liar Liar special edition DVD has a deleted scene on it. Also Tom Shadyac talks about some of the scenes he left out in the commentary as well.
