A list from all DVD/VHS releases would be great.
Movies are most known I think. But it would be great for other appearances from Jim Carrey like in series, interviews or shows.

Releases on DVDs:
Ace Ventura Cartoon Series (3 Episodes on the Ace Ventura Deluxe Double Feature Box)
Bebe's Kids (The Itsy Bitsy Spider)
In Living Color (5 Seasons 2-5 cutted)
Laughing Out Loud: America's Funniest Comedians - Volume 2
Pauly Shore Is Dead
Playboy: Inside the Playboy Mansion (2002)
The Ellen DeGeneres Show - DVD-Licious (2003)
The Work of Michel Gondry (Pecan Pie)

VHS only?:
Ace Ventura Cartoon series (only some Episodes)
Finders Keepers (Movie)
High Strung (Movie)
MTV Celebrity Deathmatch - Round 1 (Mariah Carrey vs. Jim Carrey)
Star Trek - 25th Anniversary Special (In Living Color short clip)
The Comedy Store - 20th Birthday
The Duck Factory (2 in USA & 2 in UK 9 different Episodes)
The Sex and Violence Family Hour

Not released?:
Ace Ventura Cartoon Series (most from the 39 Episodes or 41)
Dumb and Dumber Cartoon Series (13 Episodes)
Junket Whore (1998)
Mike Hammer: Murder Takes All
The Duck Factory (4 Episodes)
The Mask Cartoon Series (54 Episodes)

Exist more which I don't know?

Today I saw again a Star Trek parodies collection on You Tube. And then I remember a VHS tape which I buyed in the past somewhere.

Star Trek - 25th Anniversary Special
German: 25 Jahre Star Trek - Special (Original with German Subtitles)

On this Tape is a short clip from In Living Color Season 1 Episode 2 The Wrath or Farrakhan start near at 44 minutes. Bad, that this is not complete, but maybe interesting for Hard Core Collectors who want everything. Sure you can get the complete Episode on DVD. But here in Germany it comes with Subtitles, so I can understand the beginning a bit better.
