I was about to do that same thing until I realized that it would be no different than it is now.....I figured that much out....now I still have to initiate other change....think, think, think......

My niece has a special dish she loved from the Greek restaurant in Maryland. I told her we could recreate it. It's called Giouvetsi. So I got the ingredients and she and I cooked supper. It turned out really really good, even though I could only get my hands on 3 lamb chops and the rest was pork.

I'm in an ok mood.
