I'm quite chilled at the moment......but anticipating the week from hell in front of me. Two job interviews (one internal and one external) and they would both means a huge leap up the career leap....but I think my head may be a shed by Friday!!!! If I start posting gibberish by then. Just tell me to shut up!

This is GREAT! I hope it goes well for you.

Do you jump around and sing Livin in the sunlight loving in the moonlight when you wear them or do you sing"I ripped my pants"?

Thanks for all the 'good luck's.

On top of research stuff, I've been sorting out money stuff on the phone this morning. I spoke to BT who, it turns out, are sitting on £197 (that's $360!) of my money as my telephone account is in credit. They just keep taking huge direct debits and haven't re-evaluated things as my account has changed over the past six months or so. So, they've agreed to give me back my cash and have lowered the amount they take each month! :D
So, that's £197 in the pot for our holiday spending money! 8)
Result.

Yeah the trick is not to allow yourself to get worked up over it. They need those positions filled, and who better for the job than you?! they NEED YOU. Just go in, calmly confident and give it your all. You have it in the bag! Good Luck.

Aaaah wise words indeed Mr J! 8)
I have to agree with the 'not getting worked up' bit. Naturally I am pretty laid back and can stay quite calm. It's just getting the research done to back your case up when you get there...that's the time consuming bit.
I'll do what I can, and the fates will decide if that's the job(s) for me......

Today I'm in a perplexed mood. Slightly sad and worried.

I had a great day, though. My brother is a woodcarver. We went to the International Woodcarvers' Congress...it just happens to be a nearby thing. My brother has even been featured in a Carving magazine.

I didn't realize how big a deal that was at the time...but today other carvers from all over recognized his name and talked about the Santa spoon that was featured. Kinda cool! I'm so proud of him.

Anyway in the exhibition hall I think I stood with my mouth agape before loads of carvings. Just incredible stuff.

It was so great to see that kind of talent.

Yeah, I know. Patience is a good thing. She wants to get drunked with me again I have talked to her after that night. I didnt really expect her to follow me home the first night. I only missed her when I came home from the party.

So how's it going, with the girl and everything?
