depends on the meal......but i would have to say mashed. it's more fun to do potatoe art if it is mashed and not baked.

How much is gas per gallon where you live?? And whats the dollar equivelant (if you know it), I'm horrible with exchange ratios. lol

You don't buy petrol (gas) in gallons here mate! :lol: We went metric years ago!!
I currently pay about 95p per litre for unleaded petrol. That's about £4.27 per gallon I think. Which would make it around about $7.90 per gallon!!! :shock:
Yep, the UK is a bleedin' expensive place to live. :roll:
