it's not that easy to get a gun in the UK......there were only 14 firearm related deaths last year and Raoul Moat pretty much accounted for most of them.
But i will say the UK is very stabby at the moment.......

Here in Portugal we can't get a pepper spray much less a gun.
USA needs to change the policy to at least make it way too hard to get a gun.
I understand want to defend ourselves but there's a limit.

We can't have pepper spray in the USA either. Matter of a fact I think guns may be easier to get then pepper spray out here

I totally agree with Jim but lets face it if he didn't have a gun he probably would have used one of those bombs he rigged his house with instead.

he's an exception though.....he was going to commit a mass killing regardless, he's barking mad........ ......he pre-meditated everything.....i'd be interested to know if he was the type to obsess over killing and war computer games though?

I agree with you, Fluffy. I don't think the problem was that he got hold of a gun too easily , I think that he was in the wrong frame of mind to possess a firearm and that if he didn't have a gun, he would have found another way to commit the horrendous crime.
