Give them some time. I think most antidepressants can take up to 2 weeks to work fully

#23 if u don't feel any better after few weeks or sooner what ever look up a close natropathic doctor at least give that a try or just see what she or he has to say. At a visit its like 60 bucks consolation they may want to do an allergy test to get to the root of your depression they believe a lot is food allergy related
Check it out pleas let us know k

For some reason, looking at the water sparkle on the horizon makes
me feel better.
Being at a river, lake or stream and just watching and listening,
looking at the water fowls, birds and animals
makes me feel peaceful(except maybe snakes).
Thankfully, I haven't seen any of those lately.
Very sad about those two children and the recent snake story,
two beautiful boys. I think they should ban exotic snakes if it is
not an exotic area, just for the safety of all.
That's my opinion.

I didn't know natropaths could do allergy tests,
I use to get needles for allergies as a kid,
I keep asking my doctor to be retested cause
sometimes they deminish as you get older or they increase
but I keep getting the run around,

most doctors believe
allergies don't affect mood or basic life issues but
they probably have never experienced the shortness of breath,
the red, itchy rashes, the headaches, sleeplessness and just the
feeling of being irritated at everything.

Sure wish the doctors would experience how a person feels when
a person is afflicted with allergies, especially lots of them.

I believe 30 % of people on depression meds shd be tested for
allergy symptoms, but OHIP doesn't help with allergy meds just
depression meds, maybe that's why.(That's my opinion)

There is so little research on this.

Catherine, I thought you'd choose Mr. Lonely song
just put Ms. Lonely

Well the good thing is we don't forget each other
But this song reminds me that we should write to those
real soldiers out their
who are serving in the military
sometimes all they need is a letter
of encouragement amidst all that
discouragement

Really you can write to Canadian soldiers? I didn't know that? But we better say were grannies they might think were coming on to them then a jealous wife will be nocking at our door saying 'whatchu tryin to do stirin up my man' back off or I'll fix ya real good biatch  slap slap ...
We could call them granny's warm muffin love letters!
Or something European like bacci della Nona! Which is kisses from grandma in Italian! So where n when can we start.... oh and here's another idea... sisters united in love or brothers and sisters united in love' sending them prayers of encouagment
Any songs for that? Omg just came to me
We'll meet again don't know how don't know when song I know we'll meet again one sunny day! Old song was sung live for troops they loved it

RE:Writing to troops, the U.S. must have something similar too
It's not hard to write to them
this is the site
http://www.forces.gc.ca/en/index.page
then at the bottom "write to troops"
Be positive and encouraging,
that's all.
