I kind of agree with C J and go outside and do some sports or something. I know that people often cannot go outside because of some reasons, like a friend of mine who is used to help every one, and always forgetting him self. But this year he had to take care of him self. Why? He had to stay in bed 23 hours a day, for almost a year. He is now able to walk again and eat and he is most grateful for that. I remember that he told my ones that he had depression because of mold and metal-toxins, I have no idea if thats true? but here is song I am listening to

Ok I have seen it. I watched it last christmas I think, hope you enjoyed it not any thing I would want to watch again tho, I tried to watch four weddings and a funeral that 20 year since I watch it last time and I could not watch it still knew it.
