I'd like to be 100% fit and healthy.....i'm working on it.........i'm not sure you can ever be 100% though..............

Oh and the secret to eternal youth and a book deal would be good too......

This thread reminds me of a song of the German hip hop band "Blumentopf". It's something like "I want peace in the world. I want nobody to have paine. I want everybody to be happy. I want! ............. Me too.

Good song that tells that everyone wants something but because of that it's hard to realize for the individual person.

I would like to live in an equal, fair world
I would like to spread happiness...

in a more personal account...
I would like to live a healthier life
I would like to feel great everyday ... or almost everyday
I would like to have kids ... maybe... I am still not sure
I would like to adopt a dog ... and
I would like to have a JCO party and meet all of you!

I am not sure we can accomplished that either... I am reading a book called "You. The Owner's Manual -- An Insider's Guide to the Body that Will Make You Healthier and Younger" by two MDs: Roizen and Oz. The content is pretty good, very realistic (no magic formulas) and the recommendations are easy to implement. You might want to have a look at it! :wink:
