I feel the same way...we do have the heat though...Neil has run radiant heating under the floor and it heats the entire building and all the fish tanks...he's still working on the air circulation though and all the moisture is running down the windows...lol nice and comfy...it was snowing big fluffy flakes earlier ..but mild out...nice
lol.........no such luck here...........we've been having lots of freezing fog.........which seeps into your pores......makes you cold and damp and feel like you're freezing to death............lol.........even with central heating..........lol

If you freezing put your foots in hot water, drink hot tea/coffee and wait summer! I have physical training, when i freezing.
