We called my mom's mother Nana. She had a rather large nose and when she irritated my father he would refer to her as Nana Banana.... :o

You may remember me ranting about a guy that really hurt my feelings recently...

This should jog your memory...

thecablegal wrote:Yes. I don't have closure yet. He never apologised to me. I need closure, hence my cheeky way of getting it, going to his place of work.
It'll probably upset me to see him, but I'll do my best not to show it. I'm over him, orat least I think I am. You never know how you'll react when you're in the same room as someone.

I may ask a few friends to go with me, as that'd look more, like, normal. I could have it as a leaving thing, since I'm moving away in a few months.

Though saying that, I know he's had issues that he's finding hard to deal with, and I'm a big softie at heart, and I don't want to see him all unhappy and depressed. I like to help people, it's in my nature. I just hope someone helps him out. I'd be mortified if he like, killed himself, cos he's pretty unhappy at the moment. I know I should hate him, but it's human nature to give a damn about someone. As much as I want my apology to get closure, I can't help but worry about him.

Does that even make sense? I'm playing Poker as I type, lol!

Well, tonight, I actually went for a drink in the place where he works. He wasn't working, but he was in there, and tonight was one of the hardest times of my life. When I came into the pub, he instantly smiled at me, but all I felt was anger, and I sat and got drunk. I was with my best friend, and I ranted on about how much I hate him. Every few minutes, he looked over at me. I really hope he felt guilty. I never did anything horrible to him, and he broke my heart.
I really didn't expect to feel like that. He looks so different, and he's still so cute, it made me feel ill. I don't regret going in there, but I fell I should have said something to him. He made me feel like nothing, when all I did was say nice things about him.

I'm angry at myself for still thinking he's cute. I'm angry at not saying something, and I'm just angry. Why can't I get over him?

Very true, but why do I feel like this? I have never felt like this before.

I best friend never knew who he was, but he guessed because he was constantly looking over at me. Why did he treat me like crap, then keep looking over? It makes no sense to me!

Your answer is in what YOU have written....maybe when you read (your own) posts in the morning it may be clearer to you.

Be happy for what you had and don't spoil it with negativity...Look forward to what is to come in the future .........it will have a postive effect.....for now just kick back and hang out with all the other Jimaholics.... :D

Many times we go full speed downhill with roller-skates on.....you need to gradually arrive at level ground where things don't matter as much and it's easier to let go.....easier said than done I know.
