Sonic 3 - Ben Schwartz Talks About Jim Carrey Returning

While promoting "Sonic the Hedgehog 2", Jim Carey - who plays the villain Dr. Robotnik - mention he was going to retire from acting. What the media has apparently forgotten is that he also said he would return for the right part.
Sonic was a huge success! And Jim loved played the Eggman. We are not sure yeti f he will or not but since there's not even a script is a bit soo to know. Currently, "Sonic 3" is still in pre-production and there's no details about it but, recently, Ben Schwarts was interviewed to promote the most recent project from his career and he was asked about Sonic and if Jim would return.
He said: "I know that Jim Carrey did some interviews, and he's - they're not sure if he's coming back. My hope is that we all get to come back and we all get to do another one. That is my hope of all hopes, because I love that franchise so much, and I love the fans, and I love all the stuff we've made. So, my hope is that we all get to do this third one, and it'll be the best time.
We don't know yet if he will or not. What we know, is that it is too early yet. If Dr. Robotnik continues to challenge Jim… we are sure he will return.
