"Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"

Wow, he really IS gonna be busy next year! Jim Carrey (who has signed on, rumor or otherwise, to star/produce in 4 projects) is in early talks to star in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind," written by "Being John Malkovich"'s Charlie Kaufman.
This film has a similar idea to "Malkovich", but this time it "takes place partly in the recesses of the brain, showing what happens to a man when he tries to forget about a particularly steamy relationship he had with his ex-mate." The script is said to be one of the hottest reads in Hollywood. It's also said that as Carrey was in talks to play the lead role, A-list actresses were already showing interest in signing for the female lead.
The USA Films flick will be directed by Michel Gondry.
