www.jeopardy.com You want to look for a time that they are having tryouts in your area. Then go online and say you'd like to try out. I think they do this two ways. With a bus, and out on the road at hotels. They said I could try out in Chicago and told me to be at the Drake hotel at a certain time. They auditioned a total of 400 people in groups of 60(ish). You'll have to take a 50 question test. You have 8 seconds to write the answer to each question. They didn't give an exact percent, but they said you had to have better than 70% right to make it through. 9 of our group of 60 did. I took the test once before in Washington DC...my Dad took me. Jeopardy was something he and I enjoyed. I didn't pass in DC....so don't get discouraged....some people had taken the test up to 6 times. So, the 9 of us in Chicago stayed behind and read and filled out some paperwork. They took a polaroid of each of us and then we played a mock round of the game. After you finish they say, "Don't wait by the phone....some of you may not be called....blah blah." Luckily, they calledd me three months later and said, "How would you like to be in the first week of the 20th season?" I said, "eijtsrbn kjt....ertkjgskrng...giotrhsiua....yes!" You have a month's notice. I flew to LA and did the show. "When in doubt, tell the truth."
