Really hard question Nicky...I don't know what your Nana likes and
she is going to be 90 years old ya say? Bless, such a long life she has
lived so far- I wish her many more birthdays to come.
Umm, gosh. This is really hard to imagine  but if I was going to be
90 years old on my birthday, I would want to go on a shopping spree.
Maybe a generous gift certificate would be nice...one for her favorite
stores. If she can't get around on her own, I bet she would love for you
to accompany her...she is lucky to have a grand-daughter as sweet as you.
I hope this helps you some.

don't think about what she needs, think about what she loves and bring it to her...

u would be surprised how the smallest thing can make her happy..even if it was a birthday card

anyway I can't tell ya .. if she is your grandma then u know her better than I do :D

Get a nice photo of yourself/family members and put it in a fancy frame. It's personal and she can look at it every day to remind her of the special people around her.

yeah, photos are the best. old, new, cool, and all that. . . either that or something crafty. even those little suncatchers that you paint that have a cute message in them. the little things count when your that old.

 Sry...that is hilarious!
Hey Nicky, later I told my mom about my idea for your Nana's
birthday and she said, "Shopping? Isn't she 89 years old?"
If that was a weird or crummy idea to you- I'm sorry.
Even though I love giving presents, I'm not the best at thinking
of exactly what they would like.
Hope your Nana has a great day!
