Drawing and Writing is it a similar Mania?

Last night I woke up about 3:30 a.m.
I had several chapters just flowing
Out of my brain for my book I've
Been working on for years
As if I could see the whole scenes
But my hand wasn't fast enough to
Write it. After about 2 hours I
Had it all written down
(paper and pen is always close to my bed)
Went back to bed for an hour
Then off to work, I wonder if artists like
Jim have this happen too? I wonder

Or perhaps I should call it a
Talent rather than a mania
Either way I think in
Its Art and creating
And its good to
Develope ones
Talent

I think of the advice of
Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia od Star Wars)
Shes a star in heaven now
But I paraphrase
Broken heart - Do Art
Once a person starts
Then a whole new world opens
