Doing damage to poor defensless cereal boxes sounds like a good idea. That could work, I'll try it.

I go to the batting cages. I enter the cage with the slow pitch softball, wait for it to pitch and then slam the ever lovin' hell out of it.

Wish that would work on me. but it doesn't cause I'm not that very LOL person. Sure I can smile if it's good, or even have little laugh if it's really good.
but the best thing for me is to go to one of my bunnies and pet them or just look at them for a short minute and them I'm all back t normal.. Allmost them... Migth just have a little anger left, but that is just something that you just can blow away very easy :D
Pets are really a good physiatric help!!! :ace: I'm sure Ace agree with me

I pout, curled up with a blanket if its bad until I feel that 'madness' of anger dissipate; then I venture out and talk to strangers. Generally you find someone to converse with however briefly to lift your spirits. I now have quite a circle of 'friends' in the most unlikely places: corner mini-mart, local middle-eastern market - great breads/pastries, checkout lady a the supermarket, and the arc grows daily.
